This patient was dissatisfied with her lack of upper-pole volume and an incompletely filled breast envelope, despite having previously undergone a mastopexy and subsequent attempts at breast fat transfer. Her goals were targeted restoration of upper-pole fullness as well as improved breast shape without substantially increasing her overall cup size. She is shown following her rapid-recovery revision breast surgery with Dr. Tandon which consisted of an advanced Motiva Preservé breast augmentation using ERSD-180 moderate-profile implants. The volume is beautifully restored while preserving a completely natural transition.
