This beautiful mom in her 30s was bothered by lifelong bags under her eyes that made her feel and appear tired, as well as asymmetrical. The patient is shown 3 months after her scarless lower eyelid blepharoplasty. No fat transfer was done in this case as she plans to initiate a GLP-1 agent and would like to perform fat transfer once she goes off the medication. She is thrilled with the results, as are we!
