This lovely patient is in her early 20s and has always been bothered by her dorsal hump and droopy tip. She underwent an Ultrasonic Piezo Rhinoplasty and Alar Base Reduction with Dr. Sanan , and she is beyond happy with her results! She says that this is the nose she was meant to be born with!
