This wonderful patient in her 50s had lost over 100 lbs and was left with loose skin. She wanted to address global skin laxity throughout her body and a conservative breast augmentation
In the first stage we performed:
1. Circumferential body lift with abdominal wall repair (pictured 5 months post-op)
In the second stage we performed:
2. Brachioplasty, lateral chest wall lift, augmentation-mastopexy with Galaflex internal bra support (Motiva Round, Mini Profile, 400 cc), shown 3 months out.
She has healed both beautifully. Incisions will continue to settle and fade over time.
