This wonderful mom in her 40s was very clear about what she wanted - perfect shape to the breast without going to big. As you can see from her pre-procedure photos, she had lost volume to the upper part of her breast but still had adequate volume in the lower part of the breast. She felt this deflation was detracting from the overall shape of her breasts and was contributing to significant asymmetry. Dr. Tandon used a low (Mini) profile 150 cc Motiva implant on the left, and a moderate (Demi) profile 190 cc implant on the right, just in the upper pole of the breast along with a breast lift.
