Ruptured left and deflated right saline implants 350cc bilaterally above the
muscle exchanged to smooth round silicone implants 325cc on the left and 350cc on the right placed
under the muscle at the same time as a lift with an anchor incision. Post operative photos are 2 years
after surgery.
