This patient in her 30s is shown 6 months after her breast augmentation. She had significant asymmetry requiring both different implants and different shapes. This was particularly bothersome in a bra. She did not require any narcotics in the post-operative period. She had a Demi (moderate) profile 340 cc implant on the right breast, and a Mini (low) profile 270 cc implant on the larger, left breast. She is thrilled with the results, as are we!
