This 3-month result of our beautiful patient in her late 40s showcases a Motiva Preservé-style breast augmentation combined with mastopexy, designed for a patient who wanted to maintain approximately the same cup size while improving breast shape, upper-pole volume, and overall proportions.
She received 190 cc on the right and 150 cc on the left, with the asymmetry in implant volume tailored to her individual anatomy.
The goal was not a dramatic increase in breast size, but rather a natural, elegant, and proportional result—restoring upper-pole fullness while preserving the character of her natural breasts. She was back to her usual activities within one week and did not require pain medication after surgery. At 3 months, her breasts continue to soften and settle, and her incisions will continue to mature and fade over the first year.
Most importantly, she is thrilled with her results. For patients considering breast augmentation with mastopexy in Boston, the Motiva Preservé-style approach can be an option when the goal is subtle enhancement, improved shape, and natural-looking upper-pole volume rather than simply going larger. Individual results vary. Recovery time, implant selection, and surgical approach are individualized based on each patient's anatomy and goals. Dr. Tandon performs more Preserve-style augmentations than any other surgeon in New England
